4th of July

The 4th has become one of our favorite holidays. Ty and I got engaged on the 4th four years ago. And last 4th we found out I was pregnant with the little one. So as you can see we love the 4th of July!
This year we started things off at the Kaysville parade. It is a big deal...I swear the whole city was there. It was crowded and hot! We were excited for Ivy to attend her first parade. She loved it. She enjoyed looking at everything and everyone. It totally wore her out she slept through most of it.

After the parade we had a BBQ with the fam. The kids ended up in the blow up pool naked. It was too funny.

After that we headed to Brigham for another BBQ at my grandparents. It was fun to see a few cousins and eat yet again. My aunt had this fun rocket launcher for the kids...we all loved it.

Then of course came the fireworks. We love doing the fourth at my parents because the firework show is awesome and we get a great view from the front yard. Ivy didn't seem to mind the fireworks, they actually put her sleep.
I can't believe I didn't get any pictures of ivy with her cousins! I don't know what we were thinking.
Ivy had four 4th of July outfits, so we started celebrating early in the week.
