It is hot here. And getting hotter. The high for Saturday is 115. Ivy and I will be staying indoors. Tyler, on the other hand has "man week." What ever is man week you may ask?...He is golfing 18 holes in the morning followed by lunch and then another round of 18 with the guys. They intend to do this not once but twice. Friday and Saturday. They are crazy!
We are loving the summer so far. Our days are filled with splash pads, the library, friends, shopping and water activities. My favorite part of the day is usually lunch and nap time. But there is nothing better then a quiet house then a sudden, "mom" from the girl. It gets me everytime. I rush in to see the little cutie.
"I'm awake, lets play!"
