The last few years we have attended the Honeyville 4th of July parade. And I love it! Honeyville is a tiny little town and the parade is super short and they throw a ton of candy. The kids love parades but lets be honest they only last a little while so its perfect.
Ivy and Claire became little buddies this trip. They are too cute! They are only 6 months apart.
The highlight of the parade every year is the family band. It really is the best. Do you see how adorable this is? I can totally see Sami's family doing something like this. Although I'm not sure what Sami would play? Maybe the clarinet? Haha
All the cousins were together at the parade and they were all looking so great in their fourth of July attire. Getting a picture was very difficult. Gwen refused. Claire was picking her nose and Ivy was giving a crusty. Oh the memories!
Gwen had so much fun at the parade she passed out in the car. We rode in Sheri's car and Gwen sat in the booster car, although very dangerous, she looked so adorable and big.
The rest of the day we spent just hanging out at my parents house. The kids ran around outside and giggled a lot. My mom hosted a BBQ for any family who was around. It was fun to see cousins and their families. We love just chillin in my parents backyard while eating, watching the kids run around and the boys play games.
Another great 4th of July.
