Remember how we are building a house? It has been a lot of waiting the past few months. But we are in full swing now. I really can't believe it! Every time we drive down to the lot I get giddy. I just love it! We really feel we made a good choice with the neighborhood we decided on. There are always kids and families outside playing. It seems so family friendly and adorable.

 

The started digging our trenches on Sept. 1. We still had to wait on our permit after that.

 More waiting on the permit.

But around Sept. 20 they built the back wall. Which was a big perk of this neighborhood. Back wall was included, which is great since cinder block walls are pricy!

 Our foundation was poured in the beginning of Oct.

And framing started on Oct. 20.

So as you can see...things are moving along and fast. Our whole house is almost framed in a week! They are saying we should close the second week of December.

Crazy!!!!!!!!! So Excited!

I am loving our roof line! That was one of the things we changed. Usually it lays flater, like on the single car garage roof line. But we elevated ours more and I am so happy with it.
