Our Christmas Eve was very low key and it was awesome. I had a few activities planned for Ivy in the day. Since it was so cold we didn't go out too much so I had some indoor things planned. Lately Ivy has been way into coloring, which is great. I had lot of holiday coloring pages for her to work on.
Louise made a chilly for dinner and the Taylor's joined us.
After dinner we had a hot chocolate bar. I love hot chocolate and was so excited to do this! It was yummy and cute. (Notice the cute marshmallow snowman, me and Ivy made that earlier in the day)
After hot chocolate the big kids, Ivy and Austin frosted cones and decorated them as Christmas trees. They loved it! So many treats for them to eat!
After our crafting Louise read the kids a story about Christ and surprising they lasted through the story. Then Ivy and Austin ran around like crazy. They had so much fun playing together.
We let Ivy pick out a cookie to leave for Santa. She was so excited to have Santa come drink the milk and eat the cook cook (as Ivy says.) As we set the plate out she looked out the window and waved to Santa. It was too cute!
