Santa Came!!
Us and Ashlee were the only ones to stay the night on Christmas Eve. At first I was kinda bummed that we would be the only ones but it totally worked out and Ivy was in pure heaven! She and Gwen were the only kids, and Gwen slept the whole time. Ivy had everyone's full attention and she ate it up.
We took our time opening up gifts. Ivy would open up a present and have to open the new toy completely and play with it before moving on. We didn't mind, I was just so excited with how happy she was!
Trying to get a family picture with a toddler is a difficult task.
Ivy kept going to the door and saying "kids." She was waiting for her cousins to join us as the day went on. The Hunts came in the afternoon. To distract her before they got there we brought some snow inside and made snowman.
Gwen loved Christmas too. So many people to hold and cuddle her.
We had some surprise visitors from Logan stop in too. We were so glad great grandma and grandpa got to meet Gwen and see Ivy.
I totally slacked on the picture taking. No pictures with the Hunts on Christmas day, but we sure had a good time with them. The kids just played and us adults just hung out and watched the kids.
Having kids on Christmas is such a fun thing. Usually I'm so excited for Christmas morning but this year was even more so. Ivy is still a little young but she was kinda catching on and she was so excited and we loved watching her. Her and Gwen were both so spoiled! New toys and clothes! Just what we need! Ty even surprised me with a gift card to get a 60 minute massage! I can not wait to use it!!!!
