Easter Egg Hunts

We sure did Easter right! We love to celebrate all month long. We had four different egg hunts we did...before Easter. It was great practice for the real deal n Sunday. Ivy was all about it. She was pretty happy after getting just one egg. She would find one open it, it the candy and then move on to the next. So needled to say, there was a lot of candy eating.
Our first hunt was at our neighborhood park. A few of us planned it and we just invited anyone and everyone. We had a great turn out and the kids all had a blast.

Our second hunt was at our friends Bre's house. There was less chaos at this one, only six kids or so and I think Ivy enjoyed that more. Gwen was even awake for this one. We had a little lunch and the egg hunt followed. So cute to watch the kids find the eggs!

Our next hunt was our neighborhood hunt. A few girls put it together and we joined in on the fun. They even had a designated area for the younger kids.

On Saturday our cute neighbors came over and asked if they could have a hunt for Ivy. We have the sweetest neighbors! I thought they would hide empty eggs or just a few for Ivy to find. We get there and there were eggs everywhere and they told me Ivy got 35 eggs! At all the other hunts she got no more than 10 eggs. I was dying that they hide so many eggs for Ivy. How cute are they!
