Ty turned the big 33! The girls and I planned a fun day for dad. He woke up to breakfast in bed and some fun decorations around the house. The night before Ivy and I blew up balloons and hide them in the laundry room. Ivy thought it was pretty fun to hide them from dad. I made this 33 with pictures of the kids. It turned out better than I thought it would and we may start a new tradition with it.
We all got ready for the day and headed out to the driving range. Something we have been wanting to do as a family for awhile now. It is always fun to watch Ty in his element and too tender to see him teaching Ivy the ropes. She was interested for a few minutes. It was pretty hot so we didn't last too long, but it was still way fun.
We then headed to lunch with my parents, they were passing through town so it was fun to visit with them on Ty's birthday. We basically just relaxed the rest of day and braved a restaurant that night for dinner with both the kids. It was a great day!
